- Essentials of first aid
- Unconscious casualty (Non-Cardiac Arrest)
- Respiratory problems
- Shock, bleeding, and wounds
- Musculoskeletal injuries
- Burn injuries
- Other first-aid knowledge
- CPR (Hands-Only) + AED
Course Duration
16 hours
In the effort of nation COVID-19 safe distancing measures, trainees will undergo 1 week (Monday – Sunday) E-learning theory which they will read up the training materials by themself at their own pace, follow by 1 day (9am – 6pm) at our training centre for practical hands-on and assessment
